We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Allen, Texas. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and analytical skills to support financial decision-making and provide key insights into business performance. Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to support financial planning and decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial forecasting and budgeting.
• Utilize Oracle and other accounting software to streamline financial operations and reporting.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Support capital management initiatives by analyzing investment opportunities and risks.
• Develop and implement data mining techniques to enhance financial insights and reporting capabilities.
• Monitor and improve accrual accounting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in optimizing budget processes and tracking expenditures against forecasts.
• Provide technical expertise to improve the efficiency of financial systems and tools.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Oracle and other accounting software systems.
• Strong technical skills, including experience with data mining and financial analysis tools.
• Familiarity with budgeting, capital management, and accrual accounting processes.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare detailed financial reports and presentations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of auditing practices and compliance standards.
