Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Financial Accountant to manage core financial operations, ensure compliance, and support decision-making through accurate reporting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and has a strong foundation in accounting best practices, financial reporting, and cash-flow management.


Key Responsibilities🔹 Financial Accounting & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and journals
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts and vendor payments


🔹 Compliance & Taxation
  • Coordinate with partner for GST filings, TDS, income tax returns, and other statutory compliances
  • Coordinate with external auditors and consultants for audits and filings
  • Stay updated on relevant tax laws and regulatory changes


🔹 Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
  • Track actuals vs. budgets and report variances with insights
  • Support leadership in cost optimization initiatives


🔹 Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Monitor billing cycles, invoicing, and payment collections
  • Maintain accurate receivables and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Ensure timely vendor payments and manage cash flow efficiently


🔹 Process Improvement & Internal Controls
  • Implement and improve financial controls and processes
  • Identify automation opportunities to streamline accounting operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial processes


What We’re Looking For
  • 2–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in logistics, staffing, or tech-driven sectors
  • Proficiency with Tally, Zoho Books, or other accounting software
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial compliance requirements
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
