WE ARE HIRING – FINANCE SUPERVISOR (MALANG)
Our client, PT Prasad Seeds Indonesia, a fast-growing company in the seed industry, is looking for an experienced and driven Finance Supervisor to join their team in Malang.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily finance and accounting operations

Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports

Lead budgeting and forecasting processes

Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with audit requirements

Manage cost control initiatives and financial performance tracking

Coordinate with external auditors and relevant authorities

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field

3–5 years of experience in finance/accounting, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role

Strong command of English (verbal and written)

Proven expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, internal audit, and cost control

Willing to be placed in Malang
