Summary

Job Summary:

The Finance Program Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing finance technology portfolios and project delivery across the organization. This role ensures effective governance, strategic prioritization, and successful execution of finance-related initiatives.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Finance Solutions portfolio, driving intake, prioritization, and transparency through governance processes and performance assessments.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale finance technology projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and budgetary constraints.
  • Establish governance frameworks, negotiate vendor contracts, and align projects with stakeholder expectations and financial controls.
  • Track project budgets using SAP, manage forecasts and spend approvals, and proactively mitigate risks through detailed planning and reporting.
  • Coordinate testing activities, track results, resolve defects, and ensure key deliverables such as traceability, security, and compliance are met.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; PMP, Agile, and/or ITIL certifications preferred
  • 7+ years of experience managing enterprise-level finance projects and programs
  • 5+ years in finance portfolio management and financial process controls
  • Hands-on experience with finance systems such as SAP, Treasury, Tax, Account Reconciliation, Accruals, or FP&A
  • Familiarity with GxP software delivery in financial environments, especially within biotech or pharmaceutical industries
  • Experience with SAP and financial reporting tools preferred
