Duties
The
FI partnership Manager– C2TReDS is a B2B sales job, that is highly focused on acquiring, onboarding and managing daily operations of financiers on the C2TReDS platform which envisages performing the following duties:
- First point of contact of C2treds, for all Financiers/Financial Institutions
- Acquisition and relationship management of market participants (Financiers viz. Banks/ NBFCs)
- Completing the KYB / KYC journey of the Entities and their signatories
- Ensuring proper due diligence on documentation
- Nurturing, and servicing the financiers for a long-term relationship
- Ensuring maximum mindshare of the financier in the competitive landscape
Essential Duties
- Handholding the financiers in their onboarding journey
- Understanding the credit appetite of the financiers and routing deals through them
- Follow-up with financiers for timely availability of limits and bids in the platform
- Managing CERSAI charge creation in govt portal for invoices
- Troubleshooting any issues faced by financiers while operating in the platform
- Daily Settlement file reconciliation
Basic Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Mandatory)
- Knowledge of Invoice/ BOE financing
- Needs to have a general understanding of the market and target to on-board new Financiers (viz. Banks/ NBFCs) to the platform
- Fundamental knowledge of various RBI/statutory regulations related to TReDS products
- Basic Understanding of Factoring Regulation Act and Payments and Settlements Act
- Experience in handling Financial Institutions, CXOs, and senior functionaries of Public & Private Sector Banks
- Experience with Digital Payment Platform/Invoice Discounting Platform
- Basic understanding of Financial Ratios and Financials
- Experience in Supply Chain Finance / TReDS
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-graduation in Finance, Sales and Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
- Min 2 years of experience in sale of financial products / fintech
- Understanding of TReDS or supply chain finance will be an added advantage
- Proven experience in client handling and requirement analysis.
- Previous experience in providing client support and portfolio management.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and other office tool is a must
