For our client in Woerden we are looking for a Finance Manager (with commercial mindset and business sense). For this role, both Dutch and English speaking candidates are welcome.

What will you do as Finance Manager?

As Finance Manager, you are responsible for the complete management of the financial administration. In this role, you ensure accurate and efficient administration, prepare reports and are the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in the financial field. You play a strategic role in further professionalizing the financial processes and contribute to the growth of the company. In this role, you report to CEO.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports;
• Preparing sales tax and corporate tax returns;
• Performing checks and preparing analyses;
• You are the point of contact for external parties such as accountants, banks and the tax authorities;
• Preparing and supporting annual financial audits and consolidation;
• Preparing and monitoring budgets and forecasts;
• A part of HR, including payroll administration and drawing up employment contracts.

What do you bring as a Finance Manager?

• A completed hbo or wo education in Finance, Business Economics or Business Administration;
• You are ready for a second or third step in your career;
• You are proactive, independent and able to work both operationally and strategically;
• You are proficient in English, both spoken and written;
• You are enthusiastic about contributing to the company's long-term growth ambitions.

• A gross monthly salary between € 4.000 and € 6.300 (based on 40 hours per week, excluding 8% holiday allowance);
• 28 - 32 hours / week;
