Our client is experiencing exceptional growth and seeking a Finance Manager who can help steer their financial strategy and help continue to drive their growth. They are located in the Stouffville area. This role goes beyond traditional bookkeeping—you'll be integral to our continued business success.


The Opportunity

As Finance Manager, you'll take ownership of our financial operations while working directly with our CEO:

  • Manage comprehensive bookkeeping and accounting using QuickBooks
  • Provide strategic financial analysis that drives business decisions
  • Ensure efficient accounts receivable management
  • Develop and implement financial processes that support our rapid growth
  • Contribute to sales success through CRM support and supplier relationship management

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial meetings
  • Complete financial accounting and forecasting
  • Deliver reports and metrics to leadership


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field with 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented and analytical
