Responsibilities

• Supervise an account team for day-to-day finance and accounting operations
• Prepare financial analysis, month-end closing and management reports
• Manage AP, AR, cash flow, payment processes, etc.
• Liaise for banking issues, annual audit, tax filing, statutory and compliance matters, etc.
• Address financial and operational concerns, communicate potential impact, offer recommendations to management
• Review internal control and improve overall efficiency of the DEPARTMENT
• Handle budget and forecast, variance analysis, daily budget control, ad-hoc assignments etc.
  
  

Requirements

• University graduate in Finance / Accounting disciplines, plus professional accounting qualification
• 5 years of relevant experience in handling full sets of accounting, budget and forecast, group reporting and commercial projects
• A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience of account team in retail / wholesale industry is preferred
• Good leadership, management, communication, team-building skills
• Good problem-solver, meticulous, and aim for excellence in work
• Proficiency in computerized accounting system, MS Office & Chinese word processing
• Immediate available is preferred
