Support the business team by providing financial decision-making assistance, identifying and managing financial risks in Taiwan operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance;
Prepare monthly financial analysis reports and submit them to Beijing headquarters and local management teams;
Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and perform variance analysis between actual and budgeted figures;
Participate in business settlement and account reconciliation processes to ensure accurate and timely settlements with suppliers;
Responsible for local tax filing and payment, ensuring full compliance with Taiwan tax regulations.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
Minimum of 5 years of relevant financial working experience;
Familiar with Taiwan financial and tax regulations and local compliance requirements;
Strong financial analysis, communication, and business acumen skills;
High sense of responsibility, strong execution capabilities, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment;
CPA, ACCA, or other recognized financial certifications are preferred;
Good command of English, with strong reading and writing skills.
