Duration: 12 Months Contract (possible extension)
Work Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $90-$105/hr on w2
Must Haves:
BS/BA in Accounting/Finance, CPA/equivalent or MBA
Strong CPA experience, minimum 8 years
Manufacturing Finance Experience
Finance experience in a GMP environment
Data Manipulation using Excel
Working with cross functional teams (matrix/business partners)
Job Description:
The Senior Manager, Cell Therapy Development Operations Finance Excellence will be responsible for supporting global process continuous improvements with a focus on inventory and fixed assets. This will be a key finance role interacting with all operations and development process owners and will partner closely with CTDO finance and operations.
Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Support monitoring analytics for finance surrounding CTDO activities.
• Work with Supply Chain and Inventory Process Excellence team to support inventory forecasting process.
• Proactively support internal control compliance across the CTDO organization, including process improvements for inventory and fixed assets.
• Collaborate with GPS Technical Accounting and Business Control Function teams to ensure the CTDO organization is maintaining compliance with all client's policies and procedures.
• Look for opportunities to standardize internal controls over financial reporting.
• Monitor fixed asset and inventory controls. Prepare / review reconciliations and test related controls where appropriate.
• Support internal audits and SOX compliance testing of CTDO plants / processes, lead remediation of identified control deficiencies
• Support CTDO Finance on ad-hoc projects and analysis as needed.
Qualifications: Minimum Requirements:
• Seven (7) plus years of accounting / finance experience supporting operational unit and business controls, with at least 3 plus years in pharmaceutical industry.
• BS/BA in Accounting/Finance, CPA/equivalent or MBA
• Strong finance management and business partnering skills.
• Manufacturing finance experience
• Strong understanding of fixed assets and inventory accounting and related business processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to develop solutions to diverse business problems.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing; ability to clearly explain financial information to a variety of audiences
• Comprehensive knowledge of business controls and US GAAP.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment often with aggressive deadlines, multiple deliverables, and quick turnarounds.
• Experience with SAP and/or Oracle ERP system.
• Strong PC skills including excellent proficiency with Excel, Powerpoint and data analytic tools such as TM1, Business Objects or comparable.
• Internal Controls Experience
Additional Information:
No travel requirements.
Some OT may be required.
Interview Process:
There will be 1 to 2 rounds of interviews via Teams with the cameras on.
The interviews may be 30 minutes to 1 hour.
