Confidential Opening | High-Impact Hospitality Role

We are hiring a Finance Manager / Head of Finance for a major new U.S. opening backed by one of the most respected names in global hospitality.

This is a rare opportunity to take full financial ownership of a high-volume, premium venue combining food, beverage, and entertainment — from the ground up.

The Role:

• You’ll lead all financial operations in the U.S. — full P&L, reporting, controls, and strategy.
• You’ll partner directly with the GM and Group HQ — trusted as the single point of financial leadership on-site.
• You’ll build and lead a lean, high-performing team — and help establish systems and processes pre-opening.
• You’ll own implementation across POS (Micros), inventory/costing platforms, and reporting systems (SAP, Oracle FCCS).

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy / CA / CPA / ACCA or equivalent
• 5–8 years in commercial finance or audit
• Proven experience in P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, asset management
• Pre-opening experience is strongly preferred
• Background in restaurants, bars, hotels, or high-volume F&B environments
• Strong communication, leadership, and adaptability in dynamic operations
