We are looking for a Finance Manager to work closely with Vertical Finance Managers, Corporate FP&A, and key cross-functional partners to bring more scale, efficiency, innovation, and discipline to the Family of Apps Finance team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, critical thinker who understands different perspectives and translates data-driven insights into thoughtful solutions. Equally important will be collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels and know how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast.7+ years of experience in FP&A, Data Analytics, or related roles Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent Proficient in analytical and quantitative modeling including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and SQL Experience in financial planning and creating data-driven analysis Experience managing monthly or quarterly close reporting cycles Effective communication skills with experience building relationships with people across an levels of the organization Demonstrated experience to be organized, detail-oriented, a self-starter, and experience operating successfully in a fast-paced environment Master's degree or advanced certificate in business, finance, accounting, management or related field Experience with Oracle Financials or Hyperion Essbase Experience creating dashboards in Tableau
