About the team
The data center team is a cornerstone within the company, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless development and operation of data centers. The data center team is in charge of crucial activities including commercial contract negotiation, design, and operation of the data centers globally. This involves creating and enhancing the infrastructure that supports the company's digital operations, from the core servers to the user-facing interfaces. They analyze the organization's needs, research the latest technologies, and then design systems that are efficient, reliable, and scalable.
As a Finance Manager supporting the data center, you will gain a deep understanding of the operational logic of data center businesses, use financial knowledge and budget management tools to assist in achieving management goals and drive business key decisions.

Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with the overseas business team based out of Beijing to manage and review the budget of local department’s expenses, supervise and approve the budget implementation, involving OA project approval, contract, PR, and other approvals.
2. Assist the business department in project-based cost calculation, financial risk prevention, contract negotiation, and resource planning for future initiatives.
3. Regularly carry out deviation analysis on the pre-actual situation, analyze and resume the project execution, and track the project progress and amount.
4. Formulate reasonable financial and operating indicators, quantify costs and promote cost optimization, timely warn of abnormal situations, and help improve process and efficiency.
5. Investigate the excellent practices of companies in the same industry and guide the business department to improve expense management and to achieve its business objectives.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management or related major. .
2. 5 years of progressive finance, financial management, and budgeting experience.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, good team spirit, willing to accept challenges, and the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
4. Strong ability to foster relationships and work cross-functionally, especially with global teams in different time-zones.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Prior experience supporting data centers, cloud operation, or R&D preferred.
2. Workable Mandarin is preferred due to financial systems and tools.
3. CPA, CFA, CMA licenses are preferred

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $96000 - $215967 annually.​
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).​
