About The Role
Are you an experienced leader with a passion for finance systems and data management? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can drive efficiency and support key finance and business initiatives? We have a 12 month, fixed-term opportunity you may be interested in!
As the Finance Manager for Finance Data and Systems, you will provide leadership and oversight of our finance system and data environment. You will lead and support key finance initiatives, focusing on driving efficiency and transitioning towards a value-add business partnering model. Your role will encompass managing a variety of finance systems, including Oracle Financials, Coupa Procurement, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Planview, and more.
Some Of The Key Responsibilities Are
- Lead and develop the Finance Data and Systems (FDS) team to ensure the provision and support of dependable, highly available financial systems and data.
- Oversee the management and governance of finance systems and data, ensuring efficient processes and accurate information delivery.
- Identify improvement initiatives leveraging emerging technologies like AI, machine learning, automation, and robotics.
- Coordinate with strategic projects to integrate finance systems, providing oversight of test plans, training, and post-go-live reviews.
- Manage system issues, collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, and implement improved business processes and controls.
About You
- Proven leadership skills and business knowledge.
- 5+ years of experience in senior finance roles with a focus on business partnering.
- Strong understanding of business operations, finance systems and controls.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
- Preference will be given to applicants with prior experience with large finance systems and projects.
