You will have substantial responsibilities and extensive experience including but not limited to the following:

• Have strong communication and coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare monthly reconciliation with customers in timely manner, including online and offline reconciliation of Trade Receivables, urge internal colleagues on VAT Invoicing and notify to customers.
• Match the sales orders from the key customer with the Billing from Chevron SAP system and be good at applying financial knowledge to solve related problems.
• Complete the supporting document (Contract, Sales Order, Billing/Invoice) required for key customers to issue the Bank Acceptance Draft on monthly basis.
• In charge of the certification document required for the VAT invoices to the key customers every month.
• Complete the ad hoc tasks and/or temporarily assignment arranged by supervisor.
• With strong sense of responsibility, willing to work under pressure and occasionally need to work overtime during the monthly end closing. Learning opportunities will include:
• Understand the business operations and financial cooperation processes of multinational companies and Local key accounts.
• Practical training on financial and accounting compliance processing in an actual financial environment
