We are looking for a
results-driven warranty or insurance industry Product Development Manager to join our growing team. Our Product Development Manager is responsible for ensuring that our warranty products meet dealer, and agent’s needs while staying compliant with state and lender requirements.
We are looking for someone who can take charge of the whole life cycle of our products by:
- Directing, Preparing, and Submitting Form filings
- Staying current on regulatory changes
- Owning communication on our products
- Providing guidance to our other departments and partners

Job Duties
- Prepare product forms to be filed with state regulatory authorities and lenders
- Ensure all filings are accurate, complete, and delivered to the Compliance team.
- Work closely with product development and operations teams to gather and review necessary documentation for filings and facilitate the communication of filing approvals to those teams.
- Provide expert advice to product development, marketing, and operations teams on regulatory compliance matters.
- Support developing and reviewing marketing materials to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes affecting the auto warranty industry.
- Interpret and communicate regulatory requirements to relevant stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, in business administration or a related field
- 3 to 5 years required, preferably 6-8 year’s experience within the auto warranty, F&I, or Insurance industries
- In-depth knowledge of state and federal auto warranty regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience with F&I Sentinel and lender filing processes, preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Great time management and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and preferred experience with Monday.com
