Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze key financial and operational metrics across multiple locations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts
• Collaborate with senior leadership in planning budgets and reviewing business performance
• Conduct cost analyses and provide recommendations for financial optimization
• Develop and refine financial models and profitability projections for current and future clinics
• Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits, expansion, and investment activities
• Stay up to date with local and international financial regulations, especially those relevant to healthcare

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or strategic finance
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and strong analytical tools proficiency
• Experience working with ERP systems and financial software
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
