Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze key financial and operational metrics across multiple locations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts
- Collaborate with senior leadership in planning budgets and reviewing business performance
- Conduct cost analyses and provide recommendations for financial optimization
- Develop and refine financial models and profitability projections for current and future clinics
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits, expansion, and investment activities
- Stay up to date with local and international financial regulations, especially those relevant to healthcare
Qualifications
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or strategic finance
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and strong analytical tools proficiency
- Experience working with ERP systems and financial software
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
