🎯 Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Finance Executive, your primary responsibility is to help clients navigate and resolve financial fraud cases (stock market-related or other types) through legal and professional means. Your role includes:
- Client Support: Engage with clients via calls to understand and resolve issues related to financial scams, violations, or frauds, ensuring they are guided out of distress.
- Fraud Case Management: Register impacted clients, collect evidence, and document fraudulent activities to build strong cases.
- Regulatory Coordination: Work closely with regulators (SEBI, RBI, Cyber Police) to submit documented concerns with proofs, ensuring compliance with legal processes.
- Documentation: Manage and organize all fraud-related documents to support case resolution.
- Professional Communication: Draft clear, professional emails and coordinate with regulators, clients, and internal teams to drive case progress.
- Team Collaboration: Work with your team and report to direct seniors to ensure efficient resolution of cases.
🏆 Who Can Apply?
- Education: MBA (Finance), M.Com, or B.Com (Accounts & Finance).
Skills:
- Strong understanding of stock market regulations and financial fraud (basic to advanced).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on resolving fraud cases legally.
- Superior communication skills for client and regulator interactions.
- Proficiency in drafting emails and managing case documentation.
- Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English (mandatory).
