Excellent project skills to research, lead, mobilize, and collaborate with various teams to accomplish assigned projects and goals.
Supervises accounting functions related to operations in the region and consolidated financial reporting.
Manage the month-end close, US reporting, and consolidation adjustment process to ensure effectiveness & timelines for reporting are achieved.
Review & recommend Cash & bank forecasts, fund injections/applications/dividend declarations with HQ, and help maintain a valid cash position in supporting the smooth operation.
Familiar with import & export, customs clearance requirements, and processes.
Proficiency in Company investigation & audit case customs, and discussion with Local Customs Authorities.
Focused on excellence in customer service.
Manages teams with integrity, ethical business practices, and in accordance with Mouser policies, procedures, and practices.
Makes suggestions and recommendation for these employees regarding performance, including hiring, transfer, advancement, and termination.

Ability and/or experience to read, analyze and interpret government rules and regulations, technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents, and communicates findings with management effectively.
Ability and/or experience to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and suppliers.
Customs software user or approver experience is preferred.
ERP experiences Oracle, Oracle Fusion, and Tally are preferred.
Domestic product trading experience required.
e-Commerce Trading experience is required.
Audit or tax experience with large or medium size Certified Public Accountant firms is preferred.
Experience with MNCs and managing in an international environment with different accounting standards (Local and US GAAP) is preferred.
Chartered Accountant Qualification or equivalent.
