mGanik is looking for a Finance Controller Manager to lead and optimize our financial management processes. This role will be responsible for ensuring strong internal controls, accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management. Additionally, the Finance Controller Manager will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making by providing insightful, data-driven financial analysis and leveraging advanced technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant consolidated financial reporting across multiple business units (in accordance with PSAK).
• Drive financial transparency by optimizing digitalization and automation in reporting processes.
• Develop and implement accounting policies aligned with PSAK standards and tax regulations.
• Lead internal and external audits to ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Identify financial and operational risks while designing effective mitigation strategies.
• Develop and implement efficient working capital management strategies.
• Establish and maintain a robust internal control framework to enhance operational efficiency and prevent fraud.
• Integrate internal control systems with digitalization and ERP to ensure financial transparency.
• Develop strategic tax planning to support corporate activities and business growth.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives across financial operations.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to business units, supporting data-driven decision-making, corporate governance, and compliance.
• Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, and key financial partners.
• Work closely with the digital team to leverage cutting-edge financial technology, enabling real-time financial monitoring and enhanced control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Management.
• Professional certification CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is preferred.
• 8 years of experience in accounting, finance, or auditing.
• 3-5 years of managerial experience, particularly as a Finance Controller or Head of Accounting in a multi-unit business.
• Industry experience in consumer goods, healthcare, or multi-unit business environments is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in ERP system implementation or financial process digitalization.
• Strong expertise in PSAK-compliant accounting policies and tax regulations.
• Proven track record in financial risk management and cost optimization.
