This role requires deep expertise in accounting and finance, along with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. The role will act as a bridge between financial and non-financial stakeholders, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and process optimization while driving business growth. Job Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budget development (revenue, cost, productivity) and monthly rolling forecasts, analyzing performance against targets and setting actionable goals.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly performance reviews, variance reports, and ad-hoc financial analyses to support business decisions.
• Cost Control: Optimize cost structures by identifying savings opportunities, implementing efficiency strategies, and monitoring expenditures.
• Risk Management: Assess financial risks, design mitigation policies, and ensure robust internal controls.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate financial policies.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices to enhance financial operations.
• Business Partnership: Provide data-driven insights to executives, supporting strategic planning and execution. Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8+ years of financial management experience, preferably including CPA firm exposure.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of translating strategic vision into operational models.
• Excellent communication in written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven leadership in financial reporting, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.
