We are seeking a strategic-minded Controller to lead all financial operations, drive profitability, and strengthen ESOP value. This hands-on leadership role involves optimizing systems, improving reporting through CMiC, and aligning financial strategy with company growth.

Job Details

MUST HAVE

• BS in accounting/finance or related field
• 8+ years of financial leadership
• ESOP financial strategy experience
• CMiC ERP (preferred) or similar construction-focused software experience
• Financial modeling, job costing, WIP reporting, etc.
  
  

NICE TO HAVE

• CPA (strongly preferred)
• Experience in the construction or MEP space
