Are you looking to elevate your financial skills and toolbox?

Be brave, curious, and focused! Bring your finance expertise, business acumen and analytical skills into play and impact how the LEGO Group centrally plans and controls overhead costs and assist with developing our planning and reporting with a primary focus on salary costs.

This role is very dynamic and fun as you will collaborate with finance colleagues around the world on a day-to-day basis.

Our team is committed to standardizing and optimizing the performance of core finance processes while driving productivity on overhead cost across the LEGO Group. We succeed through driver-based planning and reporting supported by our digital agenda.

We do not offer relocation support for this position.

Your Areas Of Responsibilities Will Be



  • Support financial target setting and follow up on gaps in financial performance for salary costs across the LEGO Group
  • Conduct detailed analyses on salary and people cost development to guide and steer the business
  • Prepare financial plans for current and future years
  • Assist with general controlling and month-end tasks
  • Identify and track cost drivers to improve financial planning
  • Act as a business partner within your area of responsibility

Placed in our HQ in Billund, you will join a team of 14 dedicated and engaged

colleagues working out of both London and Billund. We are organized in

Business Service and Operations (BSO) and amongst other tasks set to

centralize governance ownership, and we support the business with

recommendations and benchmarks.

Do you have what it takes?



  • Hold a master’s degree in economics or finance combined with an analytic mindset and the ability to translate something complex into a simple storyline.
  • Bring excellent analytical skills and attention to details
  • Are open and agile with excellent collaboration and communication skills as well as comfortable working in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Are an advanced user of Excel and preferably has experience with and know-ledge of Power BI
  • Are curious with the ability to learn and grow.
  • Speaks and writes English fluently.
