Role: Integration Finance Expert | Driving Post-Acquisition Success

Location: Hybrid, London Area

Compensation: £110K - £150K + bonus+ benefits

STOIX has been retained by a thriving, listed international group that seeks a qualified accountant to spearhead the financial integration of newly acquired companies, a key driver of their growth strategy.

Your Mission:

As the Integration Finance Expert, you'll be the central finance partner for new acquisitions, ensuring seamless transition and long-term success by providing hands-on support, project management, and financial expertise to their leadership and divisional executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end financial, compliance, and reporting integration for new acquisitions.
• Act as the primary finance point of contact for acquired companies and divisional executives.
• Personally manage and execute key integration tasks while training the new company's team.
• Oversee fiscal year alignment and manage any necessary legal entity changes.
• Proactively identify and resolve unforeseen integration challenges.
• Mentor and support the new company's team, connecting them with internal resources.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the integration process.

What You'll Bring:

• Qualified Accountant
• Strong financial reporting experience within a PLC environment.
• Proven ability to implement and ensure adherence to robust internal controls.
• Demonstrable project management skills.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration abilities.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability and initiative in a dynamic environment.
• M&A experience (advantageous).
