Reporting to: CFO and CMD

Salary : 80,000 90000 CTC/month

Location: Mumbai

Education: CA intermediate, Bachelors of accounting and finance.

Experience: 8 to 10 years

Job Responsibilities

• Accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of a business.
• Controlling and overseeing the entire organization
• Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including: organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, reports to funding agencies, development and monitoring of organizational and contract/grant budgets.
• Monitor and direct strategic business plans
• Develop financial and tax strategies
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and new business opportunities
• Driving the company's financial planning
• Performing risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments
• Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
• Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure
• Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
• Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies
• Liaison with Auditors, preparation of Tax audit schedule, resolving queries of Tax audit.
• Assisting and preparation of data for Income tax scrutiny.
