SkyCity Adelaide is currently looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Finance team in a permanent full-time role.
About The Role
Join our team as a Finance Analyst, where you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of revenue reporting and financial transactions. This position focuses on revenue audit, reconciliation, and analysis while also supporting bank reconciliation and financial improvement projects. You will analyse revenue data, conduct audits, and reconcile accounts to keep financial operations running smoothly. Your expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting will provide valuable insights to guide organisational decision-making. You will contribute to budgeting, compensation reporting, and FTE tracking, ensuring precise headcount planning and financial forecasting. About You
Candidates must have a tertiary qualification in Commerce, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience, with 2 to 5+ years in audit, accounting, investigations, or projects. Strong analytical skills, process improvement expertise, and problem-solving ability are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros. Attention to detail, a continuous improvement mindset, and excellent communication skills are required. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of gaming operations, high-volume transactional environments, and familiarity with MS Dynamics or other data querying tools. Strong time management, the ability to prioritise tasks, and experience working independently and in cross-functional teams are key. A broad understanding of gaming, food and beverage, and hotel operations is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and data warehousing concepts.
