Wundermart is a Dutch scale-up based in Amsterdam that is rapidly reshaping the international hospitality F&B. As a Finance Administrator, you’ll play a key role in managing our day-to-day financial operations, from accounts payable and cash management to payroll and process improvement. You’ll be at the heart of our Finance team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.


What You’ll Be Doing

You will take ownership of a broad range of accounting and treasury activities that are vital to the financial health of Wundermart. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing supplier invoices and maintaining the accounts payable ledger across 8 countries (and growing)
  • Preparing and executing weekly payment batches, including intercompany cash flow
  • Booking weekly bank statements and reconciling the balance sheet and intercompany accounts
  • Monitor the accounts payable and receivable aging
  • Processing monthly payroll and recording payroll journal entries
  • Supporting the optimization of our treasury function
  • Communicating with international suppliers and hotels to resolve administrative queries
  • Continuously identifying opportunities to improve financial workflows and systems


You’ll work closely with the 4 people in the finance team and collaborate with various departments to ensure operational excellence in everything we do.


What You Bring

  • A degree in Finance or Accounting and previous experience in a similar finance or accounting role
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive, hands-on mindset
  • A passion for continuous improvement and challenging the status quo
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and creative environment
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Dutch, German, or French is a plus
  • Being based within easy commuting reach of Amsterdam
