Roles and Responsibilities
Government Compliances and Taxes:
Audit and complete all relevant taxes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Ensure the company's full compliance with GST, income tax, and other statutory obligations.
Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities as and when required.
Manage tax planning strategies to optimize the company's tax position.
Accounts Audit and Discrepancy Reporting
Coordinate and lead financial audits, ensuring adherence to audit schedules.
Collaborate with auditors to address audit queries and findings promptly.
Identify and investigate financial discrepancies, irregularities, and issues.
Report findings and recommended actions to the Director for resolution.
Vendor Payments and Reconciliation:
Manage vendor payments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payment terms.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of vendor accounts to resolve discrepancies with any outstanding balances or issues being reported to the director..
Financial Reporting:
Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including income statements, expense reports balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Offer insights and recommendations to the executive team based on financial analysis
