Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Automation Interns to join our Strategic Finance team. The interns will play a crucial role in developing and implementing automation solutions to streamline financial processes, particularly in the "Accounting & Reporting" and "Planning & Performance Management" areas. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in automation within a dynamic financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency in financial processes.
• Collaborate with Finance teams to identify and prioritize areas for automation.
• Design, develop, and maintain scripts and tools for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation processes and tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation processes.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on automation progress and challenges.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System/Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with data analysis tools like Excel (including VBA and Power Query), SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship or project experience in automation or data analysis.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
