Field Test Engineer (Contract until December)

This leading telecommunication company based in Cambridge Area are looking for a field test engineer to join there leading team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal testing, GCF certification, and Operator Acceptance test suites for 5G NSA/SA, IMS, and LTE/WCDMA/GSM on smartphone, datacard, and IoT platforms across UK live networks, ensuring alignment with project milestones.
• Perform initial analysis of identified issues.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in cellular radio, ideally with experience in OEM device or chipset manufacturing, mobile network vendors, or operators.
• Proficiency in modem logging tools, software flashing tools, device calibration tools, and software bug tracking databases.
• Familiarity with GCF/PTCRB or carrier certification requirements for Product Technical Acceptance with wireless carriers is advantageous.
