Work with Customer's Operations team to support daily systems operations and trouble shoot issues. Support the repair of Safran Cabin interior parts. Serve as a technical liaison to the customer and facilitate the incoming goods receipt process, mitigating any cosmetic defects to expedite the process. Engage with Safran Cabin Team Members to effectively support the delivery of assemblies. This role will be based at the customer's site. Support airframe OEM in troubleshooting and resolving non-conformance conditions including troubleshooting, repair, modification, and testing of noted Cabin products Support implementation of service bulletins Provide clear communication to OEM personnel regarding concerns, questions, and function of products Meet all OEM airframe policies and procedures while fulfilling assignment Serve as Quality representative designee Use precision test equipment, including those used to diagnose and perform functional tests on components and assemblies Complete repair records or other paper work associated with product support activities Complete and apply all training required by the product OEM Perform shop reworks Assists in off-wing or aircraft work on demand Tasks may vary slightly based on products produced at division. Provide some dispositions for discrepancies (as directed by the Lead Hand, product support representative) and perform the required rework/repair in accordance with company and customer specifications, work instructions, engineering prints and work orders. (Disposition of discrepancies may be documented on RNC's (Non Conformance Reports)) The rework/repair tasks may include and not excluded to the following: Bonding, edgfill, inserts, final assembly adjustments, fiberglass layups, sheet metal part fabrication, electrical installation and crimping, paint touch ups, plumbing installation, tedlar installation. Insulation blankets (Repairs, Engineering changes and Kitting) Make suggestions to improve CDZ's product and processes Able to support investigations, search drawings and definition data in the system Supports meetings as requested (internal / with Customer) The expected salary range for this position is between $24.20/hr - $38.03/hr USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law

Trade school preferred Experience: Level 1 + completed on the job training in a FAL environment Training in the following; Aircraft Structures (Sheet metal) Composite Training (Wet lay ups) Electrical Training (Installation and trouble shooting) Decorative film application (Tedlar) Painting (Spray gun application) Customer service Computer Skill: Basic Computer skills Other Skills: Has a mechanical aptitude Self-motivated Ability to perform work with minimum supervision.
