Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring firmware for various hardware components like robots, conveyors, servers, and scanners.
• Collaborate in software testing during project implementation and support.
• Offer ongoing support and maintenance to our robotics systems during and post-deployment to ensure seamless operations of HAI products.
• Test the fully integrated HAIQ-Warehouse Management System with customers or vendor sub-systems.
• Conduct site inspections and evaluations, overseeing grid line marking and floor DM code adherence.
• Ability to perform basic DevOps operations.
• Provide support and service across the contiguous US at any project
• Travel to sites is on an as-needed basis and could be for 1 to 3 months in length, possibly longer, or as little as a day
• You will be required to pass HAI's FAE certification

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Robotics/Electrical Engineering OR equivalent experience or technical training.
• Entry-level exposure or knowledge in supporting AGV, ACR, or AMR solution implementations
• Some knowledge of WMS/WES/WCS integration and PLC, but not required
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Preferred experience in warehouse automation, material handling equipment, and warehouse operations- Familiarity with Linux/UNIX, SQL, and scripting for task automation
• Basic understanding of VPNs, firewalls, and routers
• Strong communication skills with an analytical mindset
• Proficiency in Chinese (is a plus but not required)
• Basic understanding or knowledge of DevOps philosophies
• Must be willing to live in at the location of the assigned project for the life of the contract
• Travel is 80% (requred)
