Apart from the technical skills, they are looking at the willpower / eagerness to do

1. Working in Evening / Night Shits (whenever needed – and planned in advance)
2. Work in OT (will be reimbursed based on State Laws for any extra hours worked)
3. Need to cover a radius of 40-50 mi from the reporting location. Hence, the associated should have a car (fuel will be reimbursed)
4. Will need to ligts IT devices like PC / Laptops, etc

The above 4 points are critical. They are expecting the associates to be flexible.

As mentioned, apart from the Desktop skills, we need to check associates acceptance on the above points.
