Direct Hire
Target Pay $30 - $33/hr + perdiem +overtime pay
Anywhere USA-based - work onsite at customer locations

Job Description
This role is for someone who wants to be a hands-on service engineer and wants to travel to customer sites for work. You would be installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining large industrial machines (CNC machines, Punch Presses, Laser Cutters). Additionally, setup and install company software (if needed) and ensure it works correctly with the hardware shipped to the customer facility. Would also provide customer training and support on how to use these machines. Heavy use of electrical and mechanical diagnostic tools. Read and understand schematics and industrial plant layouts for installed systems.

Heavy interaction with customers at their sites. This role will require 90% travel to customer sites for the duration of a client implementation of their systems.


Required Skills

  • 2+ electromechanical field supporting engineering experience with large industrial machines such as CNC, Punch Presses, Laser Cutters.
  • Experience with participating in industrial mechanical/electrical systems implementations, setup, maintenance
  • Experience reading and working with facilities wiring schematics, & plant layouts for electrical/mechanical systems.
  • MS Office, MS Project
  • Associate's Degree or Trade-School education with mechanical and/or electrical engineering studies. Could also come from a background in the military where you were trained on operating and setting up these industrial machines too - and received a certificate.
