Job Title: Field Supervisor (Part-Time)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dependable and personable Field Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our client sites in Downtown Montreal. This is a flexible, part-time position ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, and ensuring service quality on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site visits to assigned client locations in downtown Montreal
• Monitor and report on-site activities and service quality
• Act as a liaison between the company and the client and our consultants
• Support and provide feedback to on-site team members
• Submit brief visit summaries or reports using provided tools
• Report incidents or issues promptly to internal management

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in supervision, fieldwork, facility services, or a related area is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing time efficiently
• Reliable, punctual, and well-organized
• Able to travel to various client sites within downtown Montreal
• Basic comfort with mobile phone or email-based reporting
• Language requirement: Fluent English required; being bilingual (English and French) is a strong asset
