The Field Services team supports and partners with internal and external stakeholders to provide best in class installation and services of our commercial and residential roofing products. This team supports the entire GAF product line for commercial and residential with additional support for Siplast, GAF Energy and other Standard Industries businesses as needed.The rotational program is designed to accelerate the development of recent graduates to leaders, capable of meeting the growing challenges facing our Field Services function. In GAF's program, the candidate will work collaboratively with key leaders across the Field Services Organization and will have the opportunity to work on major projects and strategic initiatives. The rotational candidate will handle essential duties such as the residential and commercial roofing inspections, troubleshooting and problem resolution for leaks and complaints, and providing training and technical assistance to business partners to name just a few. GAF's Field Services Rotational Program is a 2 year program designed to develop high-potential talent into future leaders at GAF.Rotations will be determined through business needs, candidate interest, and mentor guidance. The position will be based in the Southeast area. This position will generally require the establishment of, and operation from, an in-home office and it requires travel of 30-60% to various customers, events and offsite meetings. Candidates will have a dedicated manager and mentor to support their development and technical training as they cultivate their leadership and technical skills. Candidates will have the opportunity to establish a network of peers and mentors, have visibility of high-level leadership, and have the opportunity to work on projects and initiatives that drive significant value to GAF.These rotational assignments are supplemented by various training courses throughout the two-year program taught and led by internal & external resources. Training courses provide overviews of the various functions within GAF and follow a robust and interactive curriculum that helps develop participants on key competencies such as problem-solving/critical thinking skills, technical skills, business knowledge, teamwork, and leadership. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently or as part of a team, be well organized and detail oriented, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Field Services Rotational Program is a two-year initiative where participants will spend 12 months gaining hands-on experience in the field, working closely with a mentor. In the second year, participants may have the opportunity to complete a 6-month rotation in areas such as Liquid Applied Roofing, Roofing Principles, or another department, allowing them to expand their expertise in roofing and waterproofing technologies.Essential Duties

Annual Salary Range: 64,800-82,800
