Summary

Job Title: Service Desk & Onsite Analyst

Location: Zwolle / Papendrecht / Nieuwegein, The Netherlands

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service Desk & Onsite Analyst to deliver first-line technical support for users both remotely and onsite. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues ranging from basic to moderately complex, across applications, hardware, and systems. The role includes service desk operations and onsite support at designated locations, along with routine administrative IT tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues for end-users
  • Log incidents and service requests, following through to resolution
  • Escalate complex issues where necessary
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues and solutions
  • Support local IT infrastructure and coordinate with central IT teams

Requirements:

  • Based near Zwolle, Papendrecht, or Nieuwegein
  • Fluent in Dutch with good English communication skills
  • Valid Driving License required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service mindset
