Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Services Engineer at ADGLAB KİMYA, located in Ümraniye with some work from home flexibility. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, performing preventive maintenance, and conducting field service operations. The role will also involve interaction with customers to ensure exceptional service and support.

Qualifications

• Field Service and Preventive Maintenance skills
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
