Our Client, a global leader in industrial equipment, is seeking experienced (FSEs) with expertise in electro-mechanical systems and automation.

This role requires candidates who can program and modify Siemens PLCs (minimum requirement) and work on packaging machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Programming & Troubleshooting: Modify and program Siemens PLCs (BNR experience is a plus, but not required).
• Mechanical & Electro-Mechanical Work: Hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of packaging machinery (fillers, blowers, conveyors, labelers).
• Installation & Commissioning: Assist with new equipment installation and commissioning at customer sites.
• Customer Interaction: Represent the company professionally when dealing with key customers.
• Travel: Be willing to travel 4-6 weeks at a time with 2-5 days at home in between (worst case scenario).

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Mechanical/Electro-Mechanical or Automation Experience (Minimum 2-3 years)
• PLC Programming & Modification (NOT just troubleshooting!) – Siemens S7/TIA Portal required
• Comfortable with Heavy Travel: 80-90% of the time, mostly domestic, but some international (valid passport required or willingness to obtain)
• Physically Demanding Role: Heavy lifting, hands-on mechanical work, and long hours
• Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday
• Work Hours: Approx. 60-hour workweeks (Overtime at 1.5x for anything over 40 hours)
