Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Services Engineer, based in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Madhya Pradesh, Lucknow with extensive travelling. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing field service support, troubleshooting technical issues, offering customer service, conducting preventive maintenance, and providing technical support to clients. The role involves frequent travel to client sites, coordination with the technical team, and ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance
• Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or relevant field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and methods
• Experience in industrial automation is a plus
