Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to remodeling, fixture installation, and maintenance services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance person services, carpentry, and the ability to read blueprints effectively. This position requires a hands-on approach and the capability to work independently while ensuring high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities Perform remodeling tasks including fixture installation and assembly of various components. Execute trim carpentry projects to enhance the aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial spaces. Conduct drywall installation and repair, ensuring a smooth finish that meets industry standards. Apply caulking for sealing gaps and joints in various structures to prevent water damage and improve insulation. Install glass fixtures with precision, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of projects according to specifications. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns on-site. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety and efficiency during operations. Requirements Proven experience in remodeling, fixture installation, or related maintenance person services. Strong skills in trim carpentry, drywall work, caulking, and glass installation. Ability to read paperwork accurately and follow detailed instructions. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Must possess a valid driver's license. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks as required by the job. Must be able to lift up to 150lbs.
