Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a variety of equipment and systems, particularly in air compressor, pneumatics, and hydraulics. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure equipment at customer sites
• Perform regular maintenance and inspections on equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
• Provide technical support and training to customers
• Document all service activities and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to resolve customer issues
• Manage inventory of parts and tools needed for field service tasks
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
• Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Extensive experience with air compressors
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and travel to various job sites
