We manage 15,000+ certified technicians, servicing over 252,000 locations across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. We are looking for a qualified candidate to provide onsite Hardware Support to our clients. Job Responsibilities  Provide on-site service and customer support during field visits.  Manage installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of equipment on Dell/Lenovo/HP  Collaborate with the technical team and share information.  Build and maintain positive customer relationships.  Comprehend customer requirements and provide recommendations.  Perform basic hardware repairs for major brand equipment. laptops and desktops.  Diagnose errors or technical issues and identify appropriate solutions.  Produce detailed and timely service reports.  Document processes and procedures.  Adhere to company protocols and field procedures.  Operate vehicles safely and use field automation systems. Additional Information  Service events are on-site at commercial locations (offices, retail), with occasional residential clients.  Technicians are required to return unused or broken parts using a prepaid shipping label. Work System  Technicians are notified via BAM, our web-based call management system, with details of service requirements (equipment, time, and location). Qualifications  Proven field service experience.  Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.  English literacy.  Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules.  Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.  Technical degree or certification.  Option to sign up for specific equipment types (desktops, laptops, printers, servers, etc.).
