Summary

Job brief The Field Service Technician is a responsible, self-starter who uses their experience to deliver the desired customer service experience. Must multitask, keep accurate records, and communicate well verbally and in writing. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability. Responsibilities Provide service and customer support during field visits Tie workflow to schedule Manage all on site repair, maintenance, and test tasks Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions Produce timely and detailed service reports Operate vehicle in a safe manner and use field automation systems Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols Cooperate with technical team and share information with Field Service Manager Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings Build positive relationships with customers Requirements Proven field service, manufacturing experience Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment English literacy Ability to work flexible shifts, adapt to changing work schedules and some overnight trips Familiarity with mobile tools and applications Technical degree or certification Not afraid of heights Able to lift up to 150lbs Work Remotely No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 100 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Retirement plan Vision insurance Schedule: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Overtime Experience: vinyl window installation/repair: 1 year (Required) Work Location: On the road
