Field Service Technician

Location: Greater Boston Area

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 (based on experience)

Sergeant Talent Partners is hiring on behalf of a client in the medical equipment industry. They’re looking for a skilled Field Service Technician to support healthcare facilities by installing, maintaining, and repairing water purification systems at client sites. This is a full-time opportunity offering consistent hours, autonomy, and strong long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain water purification systems
• Perform preventative maintenance using hand tools and testing equipment
• Communicate directly with clients to coordinate and document service work
• Provide detailed service reports and photo documentation
• Maintain and care for your assigned fleet vehicle and calibrated tools

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Military veterans with a mechanical or technical background are strongly encouraged to apply
• 3+ years of experience in field service or capital equipment support
• Ability to read and follow technical documentation
• Preferred backgrounds include plumbing, electronics, or computer systems
• Professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently in client-facing environments
