Job Summary We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team full time. This person will be responsible for providing on-site install, maintenance and repairs to equipment, at municipal and industrial wastewater processing sites, ensuring optimal functionality and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform field service, maintenance, and troubleshooting on various equipment at customer sites. Participate in install/retrofit projects, installation, startup and repair services Including, but not limited to: Electro/Mechanical Assembly, Rigging, Tube bending, Pipe threading and fitting. Onsite inspections and reports Use established work instructions and methods to provide installation, startup, and repair. Document service activities accurately Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working in diverse environments, including manufacturing facilities Requirements Electromechanical skills. Industrial experience is preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability including piping, tubing and equipment mounting. Ability to demonstrate proficiency with commonly used electronic test equipment and maintenance procedures. Ability to travel to customer sites in the assigned region. Strong communication skills, written and oral, telephone and customer service. Able to read and understand P&ID and isometric drawings to determine tie points and equipment mounting locations.
