Responsible for the safety and maintenance of the client-issued VAN and IT devices assigned for customer support.
Install, configure, and maintain devices at customer stores and other sites, ensuring service levels are met.
Perform single and bulk IMACDs (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose) and provide technical support during special events.
Conduct security sweeps, ensuring compliance with EFT PinPads, Ethernet Ports, and other security protocols.
Troubleshoot and repair failed devices, reconfigure, and provide remedial support.
Update CMDB and AMS, ensuring device, logistics, and warranty details are correct.
Support documentation and repair closure activities as per process.
Provide on-call and overtime support as per client policy and procedures.
Collaborate with team members and act as backup technician to other techs in your region.
Follow safety and compliance standards as per local county/state government regulations.
