Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Representative located in Victor, NY. The Field Service Representative will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, repairs, and maintenance for SATCOM equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Technical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Knowledge of SATCOM equipment and systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on the go
• Experience in field service or a related field
• Ability to travel as required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is a plus

Travel

• May be required up to or more 75%

Salary

• 70,000 - 85000
