Our client seeking a Field Service Representative (FSR) to support their growing customer base in Greece.

In this critical role, you will serve as the primary in-region contact for aftermarket support, providing technical expertise, customer relationship management, and operational solutions that ensure aircraft reliability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point-of-contact for customers in Greece, providing 24/7 support when needed.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot operational, maintenance, and reliability issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with airline operators, lessors, and regulatory bodies.
• Facilitate smooth aircraft transitions between owners, operators, and lessors.
• Analyse fleet performance data to benchmark operational reliability.
• Support Entry Into Service (EIS) activities and lead technical initiatives to enhance fleet performance.

What You Bring

• Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License.
• Experience with CL215 and/or CL415 series aircraft (required).
• Experience in aviation maintenance, operation, and/or technical support.
• Airline operations or management experience (preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge combined with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and outside regular business hours when necessary.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Legal authorization to work in the region and eligibility to obtain relevant security clearances.
