We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Service Manager to join our team in Cedar Park (Austin), TX. The Field Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of field service technicians, ensuring that all service calls are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Monitor and analyze service performance metrics
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Requirements:
NETA III or IV Certification or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in field service management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of technical equipment and systems
Associates or Bachelors degree in related field (preferred)
Pay Range
USD $55.00 - USD $83.00 /Hr.
